Dr. Alice Kim, MD

This was my first visit with Dr Kim and it was for my first Covid positive test. Stress was a little high. First, she was most accommodating of my hearing challenges and my needed use of closed caption option. Her bedside manners were everything I could have asked for at the time. We worked through my symptoms and then possible courses of action which included the Rx for paxlovid. But, the thing that sealed my 5 star satisfaction was when she took the time to make sure the Rx was sent to the correct pharmacy. The last time I needed meds for surgery (Nov 20245), the Rx was sent to my Plan D mail order pharmacy and arrived 3 days after the surgery.

Being an older individual, it is very comforting to being treated by an individual such as Dr. Kim. She is concerned about even the smallest of thing that might be affecting me and responded extremely well to all of my questions with terms that I could easily understand. As we get older, we encounter more unexpected health problems. Dr. Kim is well versed in addressing these problems and explains in simple terms about how to try to avoid future problems. Also her nurse that saw me before the Dr. examined me was very personable and friendly.
