Care Philosophy: My care philosophy is to be a highly experienced hip and knee surgeon who brings valuable expertise in a patient-centered care model through scientifically validated and proven techniques. We have built an incredibly experienced and compassionate team of health care providers who want to help patients get back to or maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. We strive to continue to use less-invasive procedures and state-of-the-art technology to advance the care and improve recovery of our patients.

Care Philosophy: Professionally, Dr Clymer is a self-described "conservative surgeon" who emphasizes non-surgical care whenever possible and stresses thorough patient education and fully informed patient involvement in all treatment decisions.

Biography: Dr. Van den Berghe is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and is Fellowship Trained in Sports Medicine with a special interest in shoulder issues. He believes in providing treatment plans that are patient specific in order to best facilitate healing. He was previously the team physician for the San Diego Padres.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Reinhardt utilizes multimodal pain management to minimize narcotics after surgery, and he encourages early discharges home so patients can get back to normal life quicker.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Daggett founded Sano Orthopedics with a mission to improve musculoskeletal health. This pursuit drives his technique innovation, which he validates through research and outcomes. He believes better individualized care will create a healthier KC village. Dr. Matt Daggett is known for taking the time to listen to his patients, understand their fears and concerns and then pursuing the best possible outcomes.

Care Philosophy: Growing up in the Kansas City area, I am excited to return to the region after training at some of the top centers of orthopedic education in the nation to provide excellence in the care of sports medicine knee, shoulder, and foot/ankle injuries. I am passionate about providing the same high level of care that I received as a patient/athlete during my high school and collegiate career. My primary objective as a clinician is to understand the desires of each patient regarding their respective injury/condition and hope for return to function, and to employ what I have learned to best achieve that goal.
