Dr Roberts explains everything to you and what to expect....he is very easy to talk to and understand.....his entire staff is courteous and very professional and knowledgeable.

Very helpful treatment

I came in to Dr. Roberts after learning my knees were bone on bone from RA about 3 years ago. I have continued to have pain in both knees so I wanted to follow up and discuss options for relief. Dr. Roberts is amazing! He has a calming spirit and is a great listener. Dr. Roberts showed genuine care and compassion towards my health care needs. He provided options without being pushy and allowing me to process and make the best decision. Dr. Roberts also answered all my questions thoroughly and helped validate my concerns. He is also the most gentle injection Physician that I've had. I did not feel any pain when he provided me knee injections for pain relief. I left feeling more informed and had a sense of peace that I was in the right hands with Dr. Roberts! If you are hesitate about scheduling or looking for a orthopedic doctor that will ease your fears of surgery and be supportive on your health care journey Dr. Roberts is the best option around.

My experience with Dr. Robert’s and his medical team and support staff at Sano has been excellent! Dr. Robert’s and group came highly recommended by another medical professional and I believe he met those expectations. I received clear, written information about the procedure I was having done in the form of a comprehensive booklet. Dr. Roberts reviewed the information in my consultation and the booklet went into even more detail with what I could and should do to prepare myself, family, and home for my surgery and to support my recovery. My surgery and hospital stay went well. I had good pain control. The physician assistant called to check on how I was doing heading into the weekend following my surgery. My physical therapy was ordered and scheduled prior to my surgery, which starts right away! The team handled all the paperwork needed to get my short term disability and medical leave paperwork completed. I’m 6 weeks out from surgery and I’m glad I had the surgery by Dr. Robert’s.

Professional and friendly

It was a night and day difference between the care I received at a previous office (night) and the I received here (day) in every sense. The Sano office feels bright and optimistic (the overlook to the PT group helps with the feeling of healing going on.) The other office was dark and overcrowded (there, I waited 1.5 hours after my Appt. time just for a 5 minute office visit.) The wait times at Sano were MUCH better than the other place I went. Dr. Roberts’ treatment plan made sense and was a clear effort to not require unnecessary expenses to improve quality of life, if not needed.

My knee replacement surgery went exceedingly well. Dr. Roberts came highly recommended and I had total confidence in him. My body had a reaction to the glue used to close the incision, his staff was quick to respond to my concerns and were wonderful helping me through the whole thing. They were always patient, caring and optimistic that all would be well and it was.Now 6 weeks out of surgery this 77 year old lady is doing great and I feel like I’ve got a new lease on life.Thanks to you Dr. Roberts and your whole staff.

I knew I was headed toward knee replacement for two years. I asked friends, PTs, nurses and doctors who they might recommend. Dr.Roberts at Sano came up often. Crazy circumstances had me scheduled for surgery after my first appointment. Yes, it is a painful surgery, so you want to make sure the surgery is done well. At six weeks, I have full ROM, and I will enjoy hiking again this spring. I love that Sano uses texting to communicate with the nurses! You hear back quickly. I’m so grateful I used Dr. Roberts and Sano Orthopedics.

Dr Roberts cares about his patients and what he can do to improve their quality of life. He takes time with each patient, listens carefully to their concerns, is so kind and patient, has excellent outcomes, he explains all your options whether they are surgical or non- surgical.

I had re-injured my knee in July. After researching Orthopedic Doctors, I found Sano Orthopedic Group. I am glad it took a while to find a great orthopedic doctor. I was placed with Dr. Roberts and was a very pleasant experience. I received a shot in my knee. It’s gradually working and if I have any more issues, I will definitely go back to Dr. Roberts.

Dr Roberts came highly recommended by my primary care physician. He exceeded my expectations. A great listener, he also clearly discussed options and after treatment, I left knowing I would feel better rapidly.

My husband had both knees replaced 2 years ago. When I needed knee replacement surgery there was no question where I was going! Dr. Roberts is the best!

Ive been struggling for sometime now with knee pain in both knees. I had surgery on July 12,2023 needless to say I feel really good. Whatever you do Don’t listen to all the horror stories about knee replacement surgery. Don’t get me wrong after the medicine wore off from the surgery I stuck to the prescriptions he recommended and for about two days was the toughest time going through this. He and his team of nurses helped me through this process. Once I get the ok I’m going to schedule the other knee. Thank You Dr James Johnson for guiding me to Dr Tim Roberts you both are very special people.

Dr. Roberts really made my life so much better through full replacement of my right knee joint. I highly recommend him if you are considering/needing this surgery.

Dr. Roberts was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me his opinion. He did an injection in my knee that was almost painless.

In 2020 Dr Roberts replaced both my hips and was a tremendous surgeon and has an equally wonderful bedside manner. Now I'm struggling with a bad knee joint. Dr Roberts has been great in helping me make good decisions for this knee. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Dr. Roberts and the staff at SANO are excellent. I was very apprehensive about knee surgery. After shots no longer worked, I knew, if I was going to have any kind of a life, surgery was the only option. Dr. Roberts is the best there is. He cares about his patients and wasn’t pushy at all. He let me make the decision about my knee replacement. I’m 12 weeks post op and feel so much better. I feel like I’ve got my life back. If you need knee replacement surgery, I would give Dr. Roberts my highest. recommendation.

Dr. Roberts has possibly the best bedside manner out of all the doctors I've met. Willing to spend the time to explain absolutely everything you need to know. If I need to get another joint replaced, I'm going to him.
