Biography: Dr. Ash joined Independence Women's Clinic in 2009. She grew up in Gladstone, Mo. Dr. Ash received her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2001, graduating cum laude, and obtained her medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in 2005. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Louis University School of Medicine in 2009. Dr. Ash is board-certified and is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG). She is also a member of the American Medical Association, Missouri State Medical Society, Metropolitan Medical Society, and the Kansas City Gynecology society. Dr. Ash is married and has one child.

Dr. Martin has a special interest in laparoscopic procedures, laparoscopically-assisted vaginal hysterectomy and da Vinci robotically assisted surgery. Dr. Martin is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists and a member of the Kansas Medical Society, Johnson County Medical Society, Kansas City Gynecologic Society, and Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons. Dr. Martin received his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine and completed his OB/GYN residency at Truman Medical Center.
