Biography: Dr. Jondahl joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in August 1991. He received his board certification in Family Practice that same year. A native of Hope, North Dakota, Dr. Jondahl graduated from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota, and received his medical degree (M.D.) from the University of North Dakota. He completed his family practice residency at the UND Family Practice Center in Bismarck. A native of Minot, ND, Dr. Traxinger's interest in the medical field began with her work experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) at Trinity Nursing Home in Minot. She went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and forensic science from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, followed by a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Iowa. Dr. Traxinger completed a family medicine residency at the UND Center for Family Medicine in Bismarck in 2011. Dr. Traxinger is certified in BLS, ACLS, ATLS and PALS. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She is licensed to practice family medicine in the state of North Dakota.

Biography: Jason Moe, MD joined Mid Dakota Clinic PrimeCare in March 2011 in conjunction with the grand opening of the TODAY Clinic. A native of Bismarck, Dr. Moe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology with Honors from North Dakota State University. He went on to complete his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences in Grand Forks, graduating in the top twenty percent of his medical class. Dr. Moe completed his family practice residency at the UND Family Practice Center in Bismarck, and is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Moe currently holds membership with the American Academy of Family Physicians and serves as a board member for the ND Academy of Family Physicians. He is licensed to practice medicine in the state of North Dakota.
