Senile old man
0 stars!! Dr Council is rude and arrogant. Sends you to out of state specialists and the turns around and says nothing is wrong with you, even though specialist say different. He needs to no longer practice medicine he is senile. I have suffered 7 years and will continue to suffer the rest of my life because of his poor medical care.

Dr. Council is all business. I don't mind because I trust his knowledge. It is evident that he is a very smart man and while some may complain of his bedside manner, I believe all incredibly smart people have their eccentricities. You just can't confuse his serious demeanor as being rude. He is a very good Dr. One of the best.
