Care Philosophy: Kent Horiuchi, MD, enjoys building relationships with people and helping them improve their health through shared decision making. He is committed to working hard for his patients to support their healthcare needs. In his practice, he treats all conditions of primary care including arthritis, asthma, common cold, flu, covid, diabetes, allergies, otitis media, high blood pressure, back pain, anxiety, depression, hyperlipidemia, COPD, obesity, and migraine. Dr Horiuchi also performs skin biopsies, sutures, knee and shoulder injections, toenail removal, cryotherapy, and sebaceous cyst removal. Dr Horiuchi attended the St. Louis University of Medicine for his medical degree. He obtained a BS in biology at Colorado State University.

Biography: Originally from Iowa, Dr. Gupta received his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Iowa. He completed medical school at Des Moines University, then completed both his internal medicine residency and his pulmonary/critical care fellowship at McLaren Oakland Hospital. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, woodworking, and playing golf.
