Care Philosophy: Dr Kubal is an associate member in the Moffitt Cancer Center Malignant Hematology Department. He completed his hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of South Florida at Moffitt Cancer Center, completing an MBA concurrently at the University of South Florida. Dr Kubal's research and clinical interests are in myeloid malignancies with a particular focus in acute leukemias. In addition to his clinical efforts, Dr Kubal serves as the medical director of process excellence and is focused on continuous improvement of the patient experience.Dr Kubal serves as Senior Medical Director of Moffitt at Wesley Chapel, and practices full time at the Moffitt Wesley Chapel campus.

Care Philosophy: My medical care philosophy is simple. Cancer patients do not deserve their troubles. We all appreciate straight talk. Often Community Care is very helpful to patients. Other times, when academic referral offers more proper care, I enjoy facilitating transfers and collaborations for advancement of patient care.
