Biography: Dr. Evan Tummel specializes in breast surgery and the treatment of breast disease including breast cancer.Dr. Tummel is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Society of Breast Surgeons, Society of Surgical Oncology, Florida Medical Association, Hillsborough County Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.Dr. Tummel received his undergraduate degree at Baylor University and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. His residency was completed at the University of South Florida College of Medicine where he served as Chief Resident in General Surgery. He completed his Breast Surgery Fellowship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute. Dr. Tummel has received the following awards; Patient's Choice Award (2008, 2009, 2014), Compassionate Doctor Recognition (2009, 2014) and On-Time Doctor Award 2009, 2014.

Biography: Dr. Agrawal is a board-certified gastroenterology physician. He received his medical degree from the Federal University of Paraiba School of Medicine in Campina Grande, Brazil and an internal medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Agrawal completed a gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN and transplant hepatology fellowship at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Agrawal is a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease, the American Society of Transplantation, the American Gastroenterological Association and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Agrawal is currently an affiliate assistant professor for the department of internal medicine at the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine. Dr. Agrawal speaks English, Portuguese, Hindi and medical Spanish. In his spare time he enjoys soccer and studying foreign languages.

Care Philosophy: Dr Xie is a hematologist and assistant member in the Moffitt Cancer Center Malignant Hematology Department. Dr Xie completed her hematology/oncology fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, Master of Science in Clinical Research and Geriatric fellowship training at the UCLA, Ronald Reagan Medical Center. She focuses on treating myeloid malignancies and precursor stages, including clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP), clonal cytopenia (CCUS), MDS, MPN, CMML, and Acute Leukemia. Her research focuses on clinical and translational science, including identifying and preventing cancer at early stage, bridging bench-to-bedside research with designing novel therapeutics and clinical trials.

Care Philosophy: Dr Susan Hoover is a board certified surgical oncologist specializing in breast cancer inthe Moffitt Cancer Center Department of Breast Oncology. Additionally, Dr Hoover is theBreast Surgical OncologyFellowshipProgram Director.She returned to Moffitt after several years of practice at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. In addition to performing breast surgeries, such as mastectomies and lumpectomies, she has special expertise in minimally-invasive surgery techniques, incorporating sentinel lymph node biopsy, breast ultrasound, breast needle biopsy and accelerated partial breast irradiation into her patient care.

He has served on or led numerous scientific committees and holds an array of honors and awards, as well as leadership positions at the regional, national, and international levels. He is the principal investigator and co-investigator of a broad range of early-phase investigator-initiated therapeutic trials, both national and international multisite collaborative studies. He has published over 190 peer-reviewed and invited articles.

Care Philosophy: Dr Melissa Anne Mallory is a Breast Surgical Oncologist at Moffitt Cancer Center. She attended the University of Virginia for both her undergraduate and graduate studies where she received a Distinguished Major's in Biology (BS) followed by a Doctor of Medicine (MD). Dr Mallory completed her surgical residency at Harvard's Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA and a R25 fellowship in Multidisciplinary Image-Guided Therapy focusing on image-guided innovations for breast surgical operations at the National Center for Image-Guided Therapy and the Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Following residency, Dr Mallory completed a fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York.

Biography: Dr. Grogan received his PhD in Pharmacology and MD from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He then completed an Internal Medicine Residency followed by a Physician-Scientist Training Program/Medical Oncology Fellowship (Neuro-Oncology Track) at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Grogan joins Moffitt from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, where he was a Faculty Clinical Instructor in Neuro-Oncology and Medical Oncology, Department of Medicine, and a Research Associate and Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Oncology, McArdle Laboratory for Cancer Research.Dr. Groganspecializes in the management of central nervous system malignancies, with a focus on treating patients with primary CNS cancers including both low- and high-grade gliomas. Hisclinical interests include precision and individualized treatment strategies for patientswith high-grade gliomaswhile also focusing heavily on quality-of-life considerations.

Care Philosophy: Dr John Mullinax is an Associate Member in the Sarcoma Department and Immunology Department of Moffitt Cancer Center and Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. He is the Surgical Director of the Cellular Immunotherapy Program and the Associate Program Director for the Complex General Surgical Oncology fellowship at Moffitt. Dr Mullinax is board-certified in both Surgery and Complex General Surgical Oncology by the American Board of Surgery. Dr Mullinax's primary clinical focus is the surgical management of patients with soft tissue sarcoma throughout the body, to include retroperitoneal sarcoma and gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
