He graduated cum laude from Villanova University. Dr. Buckley obtained his medical degree from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Rothman Institute and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA followed by a fellowship in sports medicine at The Steadman Clinic and the Steadman Philippon Research Institute in Vail, CO. Dr. Buckley is a member of the U.S. Olympic Ski and Snowboard physician pool and travels annually to provide medical care for the US Moguls Team. He is also the head team physician for Neptune High School and an assistant league physician for the Premier Lacrosse League.

He performs procedures at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. Board certified in neurology, Dr. Tversky has a clinical interest in management and prevention of stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, and stroke in young adults. He is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Stroke Association. Dr. Tversky has published his research in medical journals, including the Journal of Intensive Care Medicine and the Journal of Emergency Medicine, and has presented his work at national and international neurology medical conferences. After graduating from New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Tversky completed his residency in neurology at NorthWell Health. He served his fellowship in vascular neurology and stoke at Montefiore Medical Center.
