Unhelpful
While Dr. Klein was fine as a podiatrist, her staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and unknowledgeable. My insurance will cover my orthotics but I need to submit the claim to insurance myself. The staff has been unable to provide me with the information I need. When asked for a release of information to obtain my records, they didn’t know which form to give me. I’ve called and messaged the office several times to obtain the insurance billing codes and no one there seems to know anything. Regardless if I liked Dr. Klein or not, I won’t be returning.

The BEST doctor
She was so attentive and really cared about my issue. She was super knowledgeable and trustworthy. I came in so anxious and she made me feel at ease. I left with no pain, after having pain in my foot for years! Miracle worker! Highly recommend

Don’t see her. If you show up 5 minutes late she’ll cancel your appointment. Staff is rude as well.
