Biography: Dr. Adam is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He received his Medical Degree from St. George's University School of Medicine; a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Saint John's University, Jamaica, NY; as well his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the same university. He brings with him an extensive, published, research background in organic chemistry. One in which he synthesized two new compounds that he hopes someday to have notable implications in the field of medicine. Dr. Adam also has a depth of experience in ICU and critical care and special interests in Hematology and Oncology. Dr. Adam's research and strong educational background has created a drive and dedication to patient education. Dr. Adam actively provides free health lectures to the community, and when treating patients, he focuses on ensuring that all patients are fully educated about every aspect of their conditions, diagnostic results, and care plan. He spends extra time with patients to explain causes of the conditions, and works together with patients to create a care plan uniquely tailored to them. This personalized health care is designed to ensure the best long term and preventative care available. When not seen in his lab coat, Dr. Adam can often be found pursuing his hobbies including baseball, softball, horseback riding, traveling, weight lifting, swimming, and of course, spending time with his family.

Biography: Dr. Borachi is Board Certified in Family Practice and NCQA Certified in Diabetes and Heart/Stroke Care. Dr. Borachi received her Medical Degree from the Sind Medical College and Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Center. Dr. Borachi completed her Internship and Residency at the Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Borachi has been practicing medicine in the Tampa Bay area since 1994.
