I have been going to this office for nearly 20 years and when Dr. Dilella was actually there, things were great. As time has gone on and other doctors have come in, the office staff while friendly enough when speaking with them are unresponsive on returning calls. Currently dealing with a billing issue that has been going on for over a month...next call is to the insurance commissioner.

Not impressed. Patient has septic infection in his hand and asked for an appointment per the instructions of bay care urgent care. The office said they could see him in a week. Patient has now been admitted to the hospital. Looking for new physician who’s office understands the sense of emergency.
