Biography: Robert J. Spinner, M.D., is a peripheral nerve surgeon at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He is chair of the Department of Neurologic Surgery and is the Burton M. Onofrio, M.D. Professor of Neurosurgery as well as a professor of orthopedics and anatomy.
