Biography: Dr. Sejal Kuthiala is board certified in medical oncology and practices at the Cancer Specialists of North Florida Southside and Baptist South locations. She began practicing medicine in 2006 when she joined the CSNF family. Her Honors and Awards include Dean?s List at UNC Chapel Hill, National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, Golden Key National Honor Society and Zeta Tau Alpha Achievement Award. At Cancer Specialists of North Florida, Dr. Kuthiala likes the comprehensive approach to treatment. She has over 11 years of clinical research experience in network, industry and cooperative trials. Her areas of interest include breast and colon cancers. Born in Maryland, she grew up in Charlotte, NC, and has always appreciated the relationship that doctors establish with patients and their families. ``In hematology/oncology, you get to become a part of your patient?s family,`` she says. She is encouraged as she looks to the future of cancer treatment, with molecular profiling and personalized treatment. ``These advances are pacing the future for a more directed, specific treatment for our patients,`` she says. ``It?s rewarding to work with patients and see them able to spend more time with their loved ones,`` she adds. Outside of work, Dr. Kuthiala enjoys spending time with her children and family, reading, and cooking.

Biography: Dr. Yi (Wilson) Wang is a board-certified Surgeon at HCA Florida Lake City Surgical Specialists. He earned his medical degree and Ph.D. in Neuroscience in Shanghai China, from a top-ranking institution nationally and globally. Dr. Wang completed his Neurosurgery residency there, and he later practiced as an attending neurosurgeon with a focus on neurosurgery and neurovascular intervention.In 2005, Dr. Wang came to US as a visiting fellow in the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Virginia, then worked as a neuroscientist there and published numerous articles and book chapters and presented on many conferences. He then underwent a general surgery internship at the University of Virginia and PGY-2 training at Lincoln Medical Center, Weill Cornell Medical College.Although Dr. Wang returned to work as a neuroscientist at the University of Virginia due to immigration legalities. Once he became a US permanent resident, he completed his general surgery training at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Harrisburg Surgery Residency.Dr. Wang's passion lies in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgeries. He firmly believes in the potential of these techniques to enhance patient outcomes and recovery. Equipped with extensive research and training, he performs various surgical procedures, including laparoscopic, endoscopic, and robotic general surgery.Besides his professional achievements, Dr. Wang is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Shanghainese. He is married to an experienced nurse practitioner specializing in transplant surgery, and they have three sons.
