Checking in the receptionist was welcoming and affable. Dr. Aduens nurse Tabby was top notch along with a sense of humor that lessened my anxiety. I can’t say enough about Nicolet. At my end I was advised by my health insurance co. they no longer cover the cost from two scheduled testing centers prior to Dr. Aduens appointment. Nicolet handled everything: located testing centers that accept my insurance and rescheduling all three in a timely fashion. A major concern eliminated. As for Dr. Aduen, I couldn’t be more satisfied with his skillful care. Never rushed, easy to speak with and his diagnostic talent is superb. I consider myself a very lucky patient.

He is polite, cordial, listens, asks pertinent questions, and is very methodical in his problem solving approach. His treatment has resulted in improved lung function.

Dr. Aduen takes appropriate time to review records and reports, then thoroughly explains medical issues, prognosis, and treatment options. Some staff transitions are smoothing out rapidly.
