Biography: Dr. Tiffani Jones was born and raised in Pontiac, Michigan. Dr. Jones decided to pursue obstetrics and gynecology because she enjoys the complexity of taking care of women and loves the joy of new life in obstetrics. She specializes in fibroids, adolescents, obesity, minimally invasive surgical procedures and office surgical procedures. \n Outside of the office, Tiffani enjoys traveling, golfing, shopping, running and spending time with her husband, Thaddeus, their daughter Gavyn and son, Greyson. Biography: For over a quarter of a century, I have loved practicing obstetrics and gynecology in Charlotte, and I treasure the meaningful relationships I've formed with my patients during that time. My job is to work with patients to figure out the best solution for them and then carry it out safely. \n I've have been performing robotic surgical procedures since 2009 and have a keen interest in minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery and pelvic floor reconstruction. I established the Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology at what was then called Novant Health Presbyterian Hospital in 2012 and was the first gynecologic surgeon in North Carolina to be awarded Master Surgeon by the Surgical Review Corporation, a global nonprofit patient safety organization. \n I've taught gynecologic surgeons and directed continuing medical education courses throughout the United States and Canada. In addition, I received a "Best Doctor" award from the North Carolina Business Journal, a "Top Doctor" award from both Charlotte Magazine and the Charlotte Business Journal on multiple occasions. \n After graduating from Dartmouth College, I earned a master's degree from Georgetown University before pursuing my medical education at the George Washington University School of Medicine. I served as The Academic Chief Resident in Obstetrics and Gynecology during my final year at the George Washington University Medical Center. \n I've been happily married for three decades, and my wife and I have three grown children. When not wearing scrubs, you can find me enjoying time outdoors, alpine climbing, exercising or riding on my John Deere tractor.

Biography: Sexual health and hormone management are issues that affect every woman during their lifetime, but many women are not comfortable talking about them. More than 40% of women will experience a sexual health problem at some point, but less than 10% of women discuss these problems with a provider. As a board-certified gynecologist specializing in women's sexual health and hormone management, I want to give every one of my patients a chance to share their concerns and ask their questions so they can get the care they need. \n Whether my patients have sexual health concerns related to intimacy on their own or with a partner, I want them to know I am here to help. This could include finding the reason for pelvic pain or a recurrent infection, or offering help for sexual health concerns after major life changes such as pregnancy or illness. For women dealing with hormone changes at any stage of life, I want them to know that treatment is available to lessen the impacts of these changes.
