Biography: Dr. Long Nguyen is a board certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician specializing in Gynecological Oncology practicing at NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Queens located in Forest Hills, NY. He received his medical degree from Ho Chi Minh City Medicine and Pharmacy University, completed his internship in General Surgery, residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology and fellowship in Gynecological Oncology. Dr. Nguyen is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Nguyen focuses on detection and treatment of gynecologic malignancies by all modalities with interests on robotic-assisted minimally invasive surgery as well as chemotherapy. Dr. Nguyen has authored a dozen of abstracts, book chapters, and articles on gynecologic oncology. He is member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology, American Congress of Obstetrician and Gynecologists, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and American Society of Clinical Oncology.

Biography: Dr. Tirsit Asfaw is a Urogynecologist who specializes in the care of women with pelvic floor weakness resulting in conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse and bladder dysfunction. The network of pelvic structures which normally support a woman's uterus, bladder and rectum may weaken with progressing age, childbirth, obesity and other factors resulting in conditions such as cystocele, rectocele, uterine prolapse, urinary incontinence and bladder dysfunction.Dr. Asfaw offers comprehensive care for women with the above conditions. Her modes of treatment include robotic, abdominal, vaginal reconstructive surgery as well as medical and surgical treatment for urinary incontinence. She offers personalized treatment options that combine effective long term results with safe and quick recovery.
