Biography: Clark S. Metzger, MD, is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeoncaring for patients in Pensacola, FL. Dr. Clark S. Metzger received his undergraduate education at Louisiana State University from 1977 to 1980, and was admitted to the University of Tennessee center for the Health Sciences without an undergraduate degree to pursue his MD and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1985. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of South Alabama in 1990. He then completed a one year fellowship in spine surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. He began his spine practice in Pensacola in 1991 and has practiced there and in Covington County Alabama for the last 25 years. He has embraced minimally invasive spine surgery from day one. Biography: Dr. Montgomery earned her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville. Her post-graduate training included a residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine at Shands Hospital followed by an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at the University of Washington, Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, in Seattle. While in her residency training, she was awarded the CRNA Award for Customer Service and Best Team Player by the Department of Anesthesiology. She has been published in medical journals and has participated in several research projects. Dr. Montgomery is currently a member of the Florida Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
