Biography: Anitha Kolli, MD is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, and received her medical degree from Gandhi Medical College in 2000. Dr. Kolli specializes in internal medicine at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital and offers routine and preventative care services, including physical exams and immunizations, as well as illness and injury treatment, chronic disease management, and specialist referrals. Dr. Kolli is also a practicing internist at Sun Coast Primary Care in Spring Hill, Florida.

Biography: Azzam Muftah, MD is Board Certified in Gastroenterology, and received his medical degree from the University of Damascus/Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Muftah completed Residencies in Gastroenterology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Muftah specializes in gastroenterology at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Florida. He treats conditions/performs procedures such as colonoscopy, colorectal cancer, crohn's disease, diverticular disease, esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, and ulcers.

Dr. Contreras specializes in internal medicine at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital and is a practicing internist with Florida Premier Medical Care in Brooksville, Florida.
