After graduating from medical school he completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at UMDNJ at Cooper University Hospital, the Kennedy Health system, and Our Lady of Lourdes medical center. Dr. Gleimer is fellowship trained in Spinal Surgery completing his specialty training at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute in Los Angeles with some of nations leading spine surgeons. He specializes in complex spinal surgery involving the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. During his fellowship he gained expertise with innovative surgical techniques with a focus on minimally invasive techniques allowing for shorter recovery times, reduced pain, and a rapid return to an active healthy lifestyle.
