Biography: Dr. Montgomery earned her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville. Her post-graduate training included a residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine at Shands Hospital followed by an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at the University of Washington, Department of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, in Seattle. While in her residency training, she was awarded the CRNA Award for Customer Service and Best Team Player by the Department of Anesthesiology. She has been published in medical journals and has participated in several research projects. Dr. Montgomery is currently a member of the Florida Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Society of Anesthesiologists.

Biography: Juan M. Corona, MD is a board eligible neurosurgeon treating a wide variety of neurosurgical diseases of the Brain and Spine. Dr. Corona cares for patients in Pensacola, Florida. Dr. Corona earned his medical degree and Neurological Surgery training from the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus in San Juan Puerto Rico. He then moved to UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas where he completed 3 years of Fellowship training in Endovascular and Open Cerebrovascular Surgery. Dr. Corona strives to bring the highest quality of care for neurovascular diseases available in academic institutions into the Florida Panhandle communities while maintaining compassionate and individualized community care. Dr. Corona specializes in Vascular Neurosurgery, providing advance comprehensive care, including minimally invasive endovascular approaches as well as open neurosurgical procedures. Some diseases treated include but are not limited to Brain Aneurysms, Arteriovenous Malformations of the Brain and Spine, Dural Arteriovenous Fistulas, Spinal Arteriovenous Fistulas, Cavernomas, Cranial and Spinal Tumors, Skull Base Tumors, Trigeminal Neuralgia and Chiari Malformation. Dr. Corona also specializes in treatment of Ischemic and Hemorrhagic Stroke and diseases of the Carotid and Vertebral arteries. He also treats disorders of the spine. Care Philosophy: Dr. Jimenez has special medical interests in vascular neurosurgery including open and endovascular approaches. Endovascular neurosurgery uses catheters and imaging technology to guide tiny devices through the blood vessels to diagnose and treat diseases and conditions such as brain aneurisms, ischemic strokes, vascular malformations, and AVMs. Dr. Jimenez also has experience in spine surgery and treats neurologic conditions including herniated discs, nerve root injuries, trigeminal neuralgia, Chiari malformations, brain hemorrhages, brain and spine tumors, and osteoarthritis of the spine.
