Dr. William Bickers, MD

I was very hesitant to see a pain management doctor because of all the misguided stories you hear. But from the first moment I met Dr. Bickers he put my fears at ease. Having a rare disorder Dr. Bickers was willing to try alternative procedures to alleviate my extreme pain. When the time came for more invasive treatments, the provider ensured I was a part of the decision making, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the decision. More importantly, during the next year of care Dr. Bickers and his staff were always going above and beyond. Unfortunately, I have a large care team but there were only 2 providers that I felt truly cared and Dr. Bickers was one of those providers.

Always listens takes time to hear everything. Always willing to try procedures to relieve the pain. I have had much pain relief since seeing Dr. Bickers. Would recommend to anyone in Chronic pain.

Listens well to all your concerns, then suggest ways to remedy pain. Suggested a medication that was right on target. Would and have suggest Dr. Bickers to anyone suffering.

I highly recommend Dr.. Bickers and Baptist Health. Appointments are easy to schedule and fairly quick after the 1st visit. Waiting time is exceptionally short, both in lobby and exam room. He takes his time to listen to you and genuinely wants to help. MyChart is an excellent way to communicate fairly quickly, messages are promptly returned. Staff is very kind and helpful, as well as Dr. Bickers, of course. Appointment reminders are available if you choose to receive them. All around good experience. Dr. Bickers is a cutie too. ;)

Dr. Bickers is a super nice Dr. He helps you feel calm! He tells you in depth of what can be done with Your sicknesses! He helps you find the right Dr. For your illness!! He listens and let's the patient talk!!!

He was incredibly dismissive and didn’t believe the severity of my pain. Would not listen and just completely ignored my pleas for some type of help.
