Biography: After obtaining his bachelor's degree from UCLA he continued with medical school in Pomona at Western University of Health Sciences and then went on to complete a neurological surgery residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in San Bernardino. He continued his training at the University of Cincinnati Mayfield Clinic and Spine Institute where he completed an Orthopedic and Neurosurgery Spine Fellowship, learning the most advanced skills, techniques, and cutting edge technology to fully treat spine problems that are seen in adults and children.He serves as the medical director of Children's Spine Foundation which allows him to help underprivileged children who suffer from severe cases of scoliosis. Through this nonprofit foundation, Dr Cramer has brought together numerous neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeons from all around the United States to Guadalajara Mexico to perform scoliosis surgeries free of charge. After their initial 2013 surgery experience Dr Cramer has been able to make this an annual mission trip having performed over 30 major spine surgeries on mostly children. Biography: Dr Haider earned his medical degree from Loyola University, Stitch School of Medicine. He then completed his residency in orthopedics as well as fellowship training in spine surgery at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, Colorado. Dr Haider is the founder of the Thomas Haider program at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine (UCR). This program is designed to enable students with disadvantaged backgrounds to have an opportunity to become a physician and serve in their own communities. Dr Haider has also established scholarships at UCR for disadvantaged students. Dr Haider has developed numerous innovative spinal implants and synthetic bone substitutes that are currently used worldwide. Dr Haider and his wife Salma are co-founders of the Children's Spine Foundation, a Charity focused on securing early intervention and treatment of spinal disorders for children without financial means. Biography: Dr Khamsi is a California native and finished his undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering at UCLA graduating Cum Laude and inducted into the prestigious honor societies Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu. He pursued his medical training at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. He completed an orthopedic residency at Rutgers- New Jersey Medical School (formerly UMDN) where he served as Administrative Chief Resident and was recognized with "Resident Teaching Award" by his peers. He completed his fellowship in Spine Surgery with world renowned spine surgeons at UCLA. Dr Khamsi's focus on healthcare include treating his patients as well as developing better models that would serve his community, therefore he obtained the highly sought after Healthcare Executive Masters of Business Administration from University California, Irvine. Dr Khamsi has dedicated his service to Southern California as well as abroad performing regular reconstructive spine deformity surgeries for underserved populations in Mexico. He also serves as a clinical faculty at University of California Riverside School of Medicine and is involved in training and educating future doctors. He has had several publications in books, peer reviewed journals and stays active in research.
