Biography: Dr. Rutenberg is a radiation oncologist. He specializes in the care of patients with gastrointestinal, central nervous system, sarcoma and breast malignancies. His research interests include esophageal and liver cancers, sarcoma, brain and spine malignancies, and breast cancer. Dr. Rutenberg has published his research in peer-reviewed medical journals including International Journal of Radiation Oncology Biology Physics, Practical Radiation Oncology, Molecular Cell, and Nature. An alumnus of the University of Florida''s MD/PhD program, Dr. Rutenberg completed medical school at UF and conducted his PhD research at Harvard Medical School. He spent four years in the radiation oncology residency program at the University of Maryland Medical Center and was named chief resident and received the Radiological Society of North America Resident Research Award. He is currently a member of the ASTRO Radiation and Cancer Biology Committee of the Science Council and the Chair of the Proton Collaborative Group Reirradiation Subcommittee.

Care Philosophy: Dr. Oladeru earned her bachelor's degree in molecular, cellular and developmental biology at Yale University. She then obtained her master's degree in African studies and medical anthropology from Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences with a concentration in global health from Yale Jackson Institute for Global Affairs.Dr. Oladeru received her medical degree from the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University. She completed her internship at NYU Winthrop Hospital, prior to completing her radiation oncology residency training at Massachusetts General Hospital/Brigham & Women's Hospital - Harvard Radiation Oncology Program. She also earned an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, with a concentration in Healthcare Management and Leading Organizations.Dr. Oladeru's research has published more than 50 research papers, presentations, and book chapters. She is the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions, including the Gold Foundation for Humanism in Medicine Honor Society Award in 2015 the Research Recognition Award from Winthrop University Hospital in 2016 and the AAWR Eleanor Montague Distinguished Resident Award in Radiation Oncology in 2020.Her research interests include technological advancements in radiation oncology, high quality radiation treatment delivery, health policy to address inequities in underserved populations, and global radiation oncology. Her clinical focus at UF Health is patient centered treatment of all types and stages of breast cancer.

Biography: Dr. Hoppe was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree at Stanford University, medical degree at Cornell University Medical College and Master of Public Health (MPH) at Harvard School of Public Health. He completed his radiation oncology residency and Mortimer Lacher lymphoma research fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) in NY and received the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Resident/Fellow Research Award. An established cancer researcher, Dr. Hoppe is the author of over 70 published manuscripts and book chapters in various peer-reviewed medical journals, including Journal of Clinical Oncology, Cancer, Journal of Thoracic Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, Radiotherapy and Oncology and the International Journal of Radiation Oncology Biology Physics. His research focus has been on reducing side effects of radiation and better understanding patient reported quality of life outcomes among patients with lung cancer, prostate cancer and lymphoma. Dr. Hoppe is currently the Chair of the Lymphoma Subcommittee of Particle Therapy Cooperative Oncology Group (PTCOG), Secretary of the Proton Collaborative Group (PCG), and serves on the American College of Radiology (ACR) Expert Lymphoma Guidelines Committee, American Board of Radiology (ABR) Lymphoma Examination Board, the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) Education Committee and the International Journal of Particle Therapy Editorial Board.
