Care Philosophy: Nathan Avery, MD, is a general surgeon who offers state-of-the-art surgical care to patients age 16 and older, including advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery. Care Philosophy: Ani Fleisig, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon with additional fellowship training in minimally invasive/laparoscopic surgical techniques and surgical oncology. She believes in treating each patient with respect and compassion, working with the patient on his or her road to recovery. Dr. Fleisig specializes in surgery for a broad range of cancers from breast, skin, thyroid and gastrointestinal cancer to sarcomas.

Biography: Erina Kansakar, MD, FACS, is a general surgeon who practices evidence-based medicine, offers current treatment options including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery, and strives for excellent patient outcomes. She serves adults and children eight years of age and older. _x000D_ Dr. Kansakar treats patients as she would wish to be treated - with professionalism, knowledge and compassion. She believes in holistic patient care. Her goal is to ensure that treatment plans and outcomes for every patient are well communicated to referring providers. _x000D_ Dr. Kansakar is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Society of Breast Surgeons and American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.

Care Philosophy: I believe in educating my patients about their disease and condition and the expected results so they can make an educated decision about their care. I will counsel and advise them about what i think is the best option based upon their particular situation, my education and 25 years of experience. I strongly believe in crafting a highly individualized treatment plan, based upon the patient's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.
