Care Philosophy: Jianping completed medical school training and earned a Bachelor and Master of Science in Medicine at the Nanjing Medical College in China. He was a visiting scholar in the department of anatomy at the Medical College of Ohio and completed a clinical externship in internal medicine at St. Charles Hospital in Ohio. He completed the physician assistant program at Anne Arundel Community College. He is a member of the Maryland Academy of Physician Assistants and has been providing medical care in Anne Arundel County since 2002. Zhou also offers the additional service of Sports Physicals.

Prior to receiving his MBA in medical services management from Johns Hopkins University, he completed an internship and residency at the University of Maryland Department of Medicine. Dr. Momeni is board certified in internal medicine and is licensed by the State of Maryland. Dr. Momeni provides medical care for his patients here at UM BWMG Primary Care, as well as the Wound Healing Center in the Baltimore Washington Medical Center. He also serves as a clinical associate professor in medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Momeni also offers the additional service of sports physicals.
