Biography: Dr. Dedania treats comprehensive digestive health disorders and performs routine endoscopy and colonoscopy, as well as advanced procedures including ERCP, EUS, RFA (for Barrett's Esophagus) and EMR a surgery that removes early-stage cancer and precancerous growths from the lining of the digestive tract. He has been awarded for his strategies to improve patient safety and enhance quality care and his research has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals. He has also presented at international GI conferences. Dr. Dedania has privileges at Brandon Regional Hospital and is performing procedures at Brandon Surgery Center, directly adjacent to Gastroenterology Center of Tampa Bay. Biography: Rashid Zaheer Syed, M.D., is a transplant hepatologist with board certification in internal medicine and gastroenterology. After graduating from Aga Khan University Medical College, Dr. Syed completed his internal medicine residency at Westchester Medical Center where he served as the Administrative Chief Resident and earned the Best Overall Resident Award. Dr. Syed then completed a hepatology and transplant hepatology fellowship at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Most recently, he was a fellow in gastroenterology at the Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans. Throughout this medical career, Dr. Syed has been actively involved in research. His most recent research involved assessing the success of liver transplant in patients with a combination of end-stage liver disease and severe valvular heart disease. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association, and the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases.

Biography: Dr. Agrawal is a board-certified gastroenterology physician. He received his medical degree from the Federal University of Paraiba School of Medicine in Campina Grande, Brazil and an internal medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Agrawal completed a gastroenterology and hepatology fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN and transplant hepatology fellowship at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Agrawal is a member of the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease, the American Society of Transplantation, the American Gastroenterological Association and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Agrawal is currently an affiliate assistant professor for the department of internal medicine at the USF Health Morsani College of Medicine. Dr. Agrawal speaks English, Portuguese, Hindi and medical Spanish. In his spare time he enjoys soccer and studying foreign languages.
