Biography: Dr. Church earned her medical degree, a Doctor of Osteopathy, at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency in family medicine at Clarkson Family Medicine in Omaha. Dr Church is a member of the Arnold P. Gold Humanism Honor Society. A Doctor of Osteopathy completes the same medical training as a physician with an M.D. degree, but has undergone extra training in diagnosing illness and injury and encouraging the body to heal itself through osteopathic manipulative treatment, a hands-on approach to preventive medicine.

Biography: Dr. Michelle Ellis earned her medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. She completed her residency in the Lincoln Family Practice Program. Dr. Ellis is active in her church, has served on multiple committees via The Physician Network and Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center and is serving on the Board at the Child Advocacy Center. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, music, movies and spending time with her family.

Biography: Dr. Rida earned her medical degree from Mashhad University of Medical Science in Khorasan, Iran, in 1992. She relocated from Iran to the U.S. and completed her family practice residency at The Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia. Dr. Rida has enjoyed variety in her practice, including outpatient health care and women's health. By practicing internationally, she is fluent in English, Arabic and Farsi. In her spare time, Dr. Rida enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
