Care Philosophy: Amita Singh, MD, MS is an assistant professor in the department of neurology at the University of Florida College of Medicine.She earned two bachelor'??s degrees, one in psychology and another physiology and neurobiology, from the University of Maryland. Then, she went on to achieve a master'??s degree from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH and her medical degree from the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta. After graduation, she pursued her neurology residency and vascular neurology fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle, where she was the chief resident in neurology.Dr. Singh is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and she is currently licensed to practice medicine in both Florida and Washington State. In addition to contributing to various publications, Dr. Singh has also facilitated numerous quality improvement projects. She is passionate about medical education and clinical quality improvement in neurology. Her clinical interests include secondary stroke prevention and patient education. She is also projected to become board-certified in vascular neurology in 2022.

Biography: Dr. Rashi Kochhar is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine. She completed Medical School in India and moved to the United States to pursue her interest in the field of Pediatrics. Dr. Kochhar completed her Pediatric training from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai- Elmhurst Hospital Center in 2015 and worked at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for 3 years as an Emergency Department Attending Physician. Dr. Kochhar pursued her Pediatric Pulmonology Fellowship from Weill Cornell Medicine and went on further to complete a year of Sleep Medicine training at Yale.
