Dr. Zells adjusted the loudness of my hearing aids after removing additional wax from my ears and undergoing an additional hearing test. This resulted in a better hearing experience.

I have returned to Zach for my second pair off aids.
I guess that says enough, but I will go on to say my loss is profound. I have worn aids for 40 years and have tried multiple brands and distributors and can say with some authority that you will have difficulty finding anyone who tries harder to help you hear. I am very well pleased with Zach and magic , they do a great job.

Zells listened very well and provided highly informative answers to all of my questions. He is far more expert than his relative youth might suggest. I was especially impressed with his attention to the circumstances in which I need to be sure I can hear well. His and Randall Smith's assistant Majik provides superb cleaning services for my hearing aids and a warm welcoming environment.
