Dr. Reiner hurt me
Dr Reiner performed surgery to remove a salivary gland stone from me. He said he removed the whole stone, but two days after surgery it was apparent that he’d left a significant number of fragmented stones inside me. Rather than take responsibility and schedule me for corrective surgery, he invented a theory that I had a tumor causing me to rapidly manufacture stones. Other doctors and blood tests have confirmed that I do not have a tumor and that Dr Reiner simply failed to do his job.

Outstanding Surgery Recommendation
Dr. Reiner is an outstanding provider. Dr. Reiner was very attentive to my sleep apnea condition and recommended two solutions. The two medical options consisted of a non-invasive process utilizing nasal sprays to shrink my turbinate’s and the second option was surgery (shrinkage of the turbinates and nasal implants). Trying the first option did not work for me, so I met with Dr. Reiner to discuss the second option which was turbinate and nasal implant surgery. After consultation, surgery was scheduled with outstanding results. The day of the surgery and after recovery, I immediately noticed the benefit, I did not feel congested and could breathe. I had not felt this wonderful in decades and as a result, the CPAP medical appliance is no longer required. Dr. Reiner recommended weight loss to benefit the surgery results and the recommendation has benefited my overall health condition. I highly recommend Dr. Reiner for any ENT condition and/or surgery.

Dr. Reiner operated on the wrong side of my face. After the surgery my symptoms continued to get worse for months and the office didn't believe me until they repeated the CT scan. They said it was because the imaging office mislabeled the images but I went to other ENT's after this happened and they said he should have been able to tell that they were mislabeled because I have a deviated septum. The experience was traumatizing and I lost feeling in my tooth because of having the issue go on for so long. I got a repeat surgery later last year to remove the mass on the correct side and also to do revisions to the side Dr. Reiner accidentally operated on. That side was covered in scar tissue

Dr. was late (though very nice); therefore, my visit was cut short/rushed. Staff was friendly AT THE OFFICE. However, tried to call office 3 times after visit because I had one question. Kept getting voicemail. Left message for them to call me back--they never did. Finally got through and the receptionist, Jodi, was very abrupt, cutting me off when I tried to tell her I had ALREADY left a message. Instead, before hearing that, she transferred me back to the SAME place to leave ANOTHER voicemail. I called back AGAIN, after no one answered AGAIN. She asked if she could put me on hold and before I could respond--she did. Finally spoke to a supervisor there (at MY request), who was very nice, took the reins, but had to go back and ask the nurse (for whom I had ALREADY left a message days earlier) my question. It was through Patsy that I FINALLY got the answer to my simple question. Thank you, Patsy!

Dr. Reiner did a great job of removing a malignant growth from the underside of my tongue. I had little bleeding or pain and healed quickly. He was kind, understanding and listened to my concerns. Dr. Reiner and staff are very caring and provided me with wonderful care.

I'm very disappointed in this office. My son is an established patient for recurring throat infections and we were told that they can't fit him into their schedule for two weeks. He has a very sore throat and high fever. I'm disappointed that they wouldn't help an established patient in his time of need, leaving him to just suffer.

I have had issues with my nose for 5 years, and have seen Dr. Reiner after 8 other visits, to ENT doctors, allergists and others. One little procedure and I have been breathing normal for past 4 month. I am excited to come back and see Dr Reiner again to finish treatment of my condition.
