I was referred to Dr. Yuliya Boruch by a friend after years of struggling to find a good OB-GYN. Initially, I was excited—Dr. Yuliya was sweet, and her staff was kind. However, my experience quickly went downhill. Last year, she used her entire patient database to launch a Kickstarter for a tampon product, sending daily emails asking for donations—highly unprofessional.Worse, I received abnormal Pap smear results on 11.14 (high-risk HPV and ASCUS cells) through the portal but no follow-up. I messaged on 11.15 and called multiple times but got no response until 11.26, when I received a rushed portal message saying, “Yes, you need a colonoscopy, call the office.”Adding insult to injury, I was billed $478 for my visit, including unnecessary charges like multiple pelvic ultrasounds for diagnosing a simple UTI. This practice feels more focused on overcharging patients than providing quality care. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

If I could give less than one star I would. While my actual appointment & annual exam were fine, it quickly went downhill from there. There were red flags along the way that I should've paid attention to. 1. When going to pay for my appointment - they only accepted cash "because their card machine was down". Something told me this was strange, so I asked what other options I had, since I didn't have cash, they said "well we could send you an invoice" but they seemed very hesitant about it. I s

Yuliya is great. Makes you feel comfortable and listens to all your concerns. My insurance changed is the only reason I can no longer see her. Would recommend her to anyone.
