First Medical Professional that really listened to how I was feeling and saw the problems I was having compared to others that only bandaid and overlooked all my other symptoms. EXCELLENT provider and wouldn't trade her for the world!

Schedules appointments and then cancels them
I have scheduled three appointments with the same provider and she deliberately cancel them. She is the only pulmonologist in town and I can’t get my medication because of her. Do not schedule an appointment with her ever she should be fired.

Visit? Ha!! I am a current patient of Wendy Gilraine, NP and I must add she was amazing! Been going there for probably 3-5 years. Started with Dr. Boyd and quickly developed a repour with Wendy his Nurse Practioner. I have allergies and asthma. I called yesterday and was told by a nurse (that was the number I chose) she explained that she wouldn't call me anything in because they have not seen me in a year. Okay, then I will come into see her. Nurse says she will message her to be sure, never ask for my phone number, her phone etiquette was awful! Never heard anything yesterday, I had planned to call for an appointment today, no biggie! Ms. Gilraine's nurse called me today to tell me that I was to go to urgent care for a covid test and seek treatment there!! What?? I don't have COVID - was just checked for antibodies! She could have cared LESS!! Seek treatment at urgent care. I pay my bills and ONLY request appointments as needed, only a couple times per year. NO EXCUSE!!
