I had a c&p exam from Dr Bridges. He NEVER USED ANY INSTRUMENTS...NEVER ATTEMPTED TO DO ROM on my hips, knees and rt foot but in his report he claimed he did. This doctor actually lied and falsefied the c&p exam report.! (this is not slander... I have documentation to prove all of it) STAY...
