Vicki Ray, LPC

I have had 4 therapists over the last decade, Vicki is by far the worst. I have been going to Vicki for several months now. At the beginning of our appointments I told her that I was looking for practical, actionable, exercises and strategies to work on my issues. She has never provided any of these, despite me asking repeatedly. I highly recommend that you seek a different therapist if you want to make actual improvements. If you need to just blow off steam and talk to someone for a while, she's fine, but I would suggest you go to a bar instead, it's much cheaper.
