This NP - was very unprofessional and didn’t look or listen to me bring in back years of documentation and list of medications I had allergic reactions to . He also was demeaning in speaking to me questioning how I was “ tested correctly for ADHD, Never asked me about why I needed a ESA animal . But, made back handed comment about my ESA . He also didn’t list all of issues only partial list because he refused to read my Previous Psy. Reports dating back to 4 years. And lied on after summary when , I said for the beginning of me being very allergic. To a lot of medications . I felt discriminated against due to medication I have been on without side effects , ( He also would not refill it ) & prescribed another SSRi after I told him I had adverse reactions to 4 already. I asked for another type of meds instead and he berated me . Woman , I felt very uneasy in his office . Also, he is not Professional in tone of voice . Do not waste your time . God like syndrome when speaking to you.
