When I had a problem with trust of Dr.Kevin Lee, Ms Elliott gave me understanding and listened to my concerns. She was helpful and maintained a professional attitude. She never once betrayed the Winter Haven Hospital or the doctors she was assisting. She showed concerned and the information helped me as a patient with constructive information applicable to my medical condition.
