Terri Sharo, PMHNP-BC

Terri is an amazing provider! However, the practice's office staff on the other hand is unorganized, unresponsive and unreliable. I don't get notified of cancelled appointments - most recently I didn't accept an assignment for my new job because I had an appointment with Terri. When I called to follow up after 30 minutes of not receiving my med check phone call, no one could explain why I wasn't contacted. No one was concerned that I don't have medication refills and going into a holiday weekend, the overall response was oh well. I am on medications that can't just be stopped. I called back the next day, and was told someone would call me on Saturday. And yet still no phone call nor medication refills. I feel this is unacceptable and unethical to say the least. Terri is an amazing provider, who is compassionate and listens... its truly sad that the office staff and management allows this unethical and unacceptable behavior.
