Your search for a good therapist is over!
My wife and I have been seeing Tara for over a year now and I could not recommend her enough. She challenges us as a couple and individually (which is extremely needed), she is understanding, extremely knowledgable, compassionate, encouraging, open-minded and much more! I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for therapy that will actually cause growth in all areas of your life

Tara is one of the most empathetic people that I know. I originally sought her help with a relationship that was on the downhill slide. 2 months into therapy, the relationship ended due to infidelity. I was at the lowest point in my life. She has helped me move past all of the negative beliefs I developed about myself as a result of that relationship. She helped me to like the person that I see in the mirror. I am a much stronger person thanks to her.

Tara tended to focus on things that I had tried to move pass and wanted to hover on those and dig deeper. When I mentioned this to her she didn't seem to agree that we should move from the past to the future. I left her office after ever appointments in a very sad state. I got to the point where I dreaded therapy, didn't look forward to it. She also lacked anecdotal situations with other clients, (what has and has not worked) and practical application to what I was currently dealing with.

What could be improved
  • Difficult to schedule appointment
  • Didn't listen or answer questions
  • Didn't explain conditions well
  • Appointment was rushed
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
