I had Tamara as a therapist some time ago. The service she provided was awful. She opened her mail and responded to texts in front of me, left the door opened and asked me to continue talking as she walked out of the room to grab something (clearly privacy issues as the facility is a shared space) during session. This continued for months. Tamara also lacked empathy on her sessions. When it was brought up to her attention, Tamara did not offer an apology. I would not recommend her as a therapist, it was the worst experience I had with a therapist.
