Richard has been my therapist for a few years now. He has seen me through some tough times. He has also helped me to have tremendous break throughs. I would recommend Richard to anyone and would encourage use of his practice.

Richard is a fantastic listener, he makes me feeling free and safe to share how I am feeling. His patience with me ,( adhd) and acceptance has changed my life. He has always been present with me when we have our sessions, also a plus. I would recommend richard to anyone seeking kindness,understanding,senserity and knowledge of how to understand,accept and learn to be you.
