Didn't prescribe me anything in the first appt even though I was borderline ear infection. Told me to come back if I felt worse. Got much worse and had a double ear infection 2 days later so I went back in. Come to find out she coded my appts as being "complex" so she charged my insurance an outrageous amount while my husband who saw a different nurse at the same location was charged half as much. Same sickness. I paid over $500 between the two appts WITH insurance. Ugh!
