EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY INCLUDING THE OFFICE STAFF. DID NOT HAVE A LONG WAIT TIME AS I WAS EARLY TO BEGIN WITH. ELIZABETH WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE. TOOK HER TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS.
