Wonderful, Caring Doctor
I had an absolutely awful eye exam at another provider across the river. So bad, I didn’t trust the results. So I made an appointment at the Wilkes Barre Visionworks with Dr Charnecki -Sincavage. She was absolutely wonderful! Everything the other provider wasn’t. I have multiple issues with my right eye and will probably never be 20-20 in that eye no matter what is done. However, she did everything possible to get the best vision. She took all the time we needed to get those results and I wasn’t made to feel rushed. She also discussed a couple other issues found along the way and came up with a comprehensive plan to help. I’m moving out of the area soon and I hope I can find a provider with the same caring focus to her patients.
