She has been my eye Dr for a several decades, as well as my husband and 4 children. She is always kind and has made suggestions through the years as we have grown through different stages as we have aged. Our son's fiance also is a patient as well as her extended family and they feel the same.

I went to her after my provider retired who I had been with 30 years. She was just ok. However, when I had an issue and they were closed due to covid her office staff sent a message to her. They called me and read me her message. I was appalled and disgusted by the attitude she was giving a patient. I had run out of contacts and my prescription was expired. Instead of helping me with a sample pair, a short extension, or getting me in for an appt, she flat out refused to do anything. I can not believe a deal would treat a patient like this. I would NEVER return to her or northeastern eye!
