No bedside manner!
I went to visit her for aftercare for a TIA that left me with left sided weakness and memory loss. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more like someone couldn’t care less about anything I said. She had a horrible tone with me and had no compassion for me as a patient whatsoever. I would never want anyone to feel the way I did.

I visited to obtain assistance in reducing the frequency of migraines with less (or no) reliance on Topiramate. She was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and offered a good course of action. I am experiencing side effects and have entered the 7th circle of hell trying to get through their antiquated and consumer unfriendly phone system. God help you if you actually need to talk to someone!
