Can I give less than a star? My husband was clearly in pain - it was written on his face that he needed help. The person who clearly needs to go back to nursing school told him she suffered w the same ailment and he should do the same exercises she does...and go to physical therapy. I began to cry as I saw his pain worsen as she held his head forcing it one way or another. She asked what was wrong. When I told her he was clearly in pain, her response was, "He's just hurting a little bit."

Numerous phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. This woman refuses to follow up on phone calls or return phone calls to pharmacy or insurance company when called. I have run out of 3 prescriptions. My wifes CPAP machine is waiting on her sending records in for over a month now.
