Never looked at or touched patient
family member came in for a sick appt as unable to ambulate fully and severe radicular pain. Shannon did not even glance at or place a finger on the patient to perform an exam. Absolutely unacceptable practice.

Incompetent, indifferent
Completely incompetent, avoid if possible. I developed a chronic disability while under her 'care' and she's been completely indifferent. I have to remind her of basic facts about my case, she doesn't even ask about my symptoms when I come in. I have to argue with her to be sent to specialists or have testing done. Today she interrogated me about why I wanted to have a test done that multiple specialists have recommended that I should have done - she sat there and asked me repeatedly why I want to know more about my own health or why I'm experiencing what I am. This is completely insane - this is information I need to make informed decisions about my health, and for other medical professionals to make informed decisions for me. Her total indifference to my well-being is actually shocking.

This woman is simply amazing! She genuinely cares for her patients. There are not enough wonderful things I can say about her. Being a former Healthcare worker myself, I've never come across anyone as amazing and compassionate as her.
