Extremely disappointing patient care
My actual visit with Lisa was good. The follow-up and post-appointment care has been terrible.I have been reaching out to Lisa for over a week due to medication issues. It took four separate phone calls over that time period with every receptionist assuring me they would call me back by the end of the day. After all of that, I didn’t receive any communication until 9 days after my original phone call, despite the fact that I was having significant, daily function-impacting issues with a new medication.This lack of communication indicates a significant disinterest in patient well-being, bordering on neglect. If I had not followed up with a fourth phone call, I doubt that I would have heard anything.

Patient, understanding and kind
Lisa is amazing! She listens without judgement and genuinely cares. She takes her time to understand your situation and make suggestions that will actually make a difference. She has helped me come out of depression and brain fog and I will be forever thankful. Highly recommend
